Refund Policy
On receiving a genuine grievance intimation from a customer, based on our internal policies and procedures, if a scenario is found eligible for a refund, then such a refund can be initiated within 2 business days, usually directing the funds to the source account from where the payment got originated.
Based on the banking channel, for the funds to get reflected in your source account, it usually may take 2-5 business days.
