Missi Roti Recipe

To make fantastic Missi Rotis at home – traditionally using our "Kala Chana flour (Chickpea flour)– while the secret lies in the spices and the texture of the dough. 


Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Add water to make a dough for roti / paratha

  3. Let it rest for 10 mins

  4. Cook the roti/ paratha on medium flame on a tawa/ griddle. Add ghee if required

  5. Missi roti is ready to be served hot

Further, methi leaves can be added to the dough to make delicious methi parathas.
