To make fantastic Missi Rotis at home – traditionally using our "Kala Chana flour (Chickpea flour)" – while the secret lies in the spices and the texture of the dough.
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together
Add water to make a dough for roti / paratha
Let it rest for 10 mins
Cook the roti/ paratha on medium flame on a tawa/ griddle. Add ghee if required
Missi roti is ready to be served hot
Further, methi leaves can be added to the dough to make delicious methi parathas.
